After completing the training, the learner will be able to register the patient for an appointment and fill in documents reflecting the patient’s personal information using the institution’s document management system. Graduate could consult on the patient’s treatment services and price list, answer inquiries by phone and email, coordinate cooperation of dental laboratory and maintenance technicians, organize the work environment according to instructions, taking into account work regulations, use medical devices and instruments within their competence and according to the job description. Graduate will be able to ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment in the treatment room, order necessary tools and materials, store purchased tools according to the rules applicable in the institution, prepare patient documents/contracts/forms for treatment procedures according to the procedure’s specifics, accept invoice payments, and, if necessary, arrange instalment agreements. Graduate could communicate with the patient and resolve complaints independently, launch targeted advertising campaigns, write compelling advertising texts, and create effective visuals
