YOU ARE WELCOME TO THE TRAINING “BASIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS OF A DENTAL ASSISTANT IN ESTONIAN”.
The training course “INITIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS FOR WORKING AS A DENTIST IN ESTONIAN” is intended for the following target groups:
– beginners wishing to become a dental assistant.
– dental assistants wishing to undertake further training.
– people who want to start a dental practice as a beginner or as a beginner who want to become a dental nurse
The aim is to enable the learner to acquire the basic knowledge and attitudes required to work as a dental assistant in a dental clinic.
The trainee will be able to assist the dentist in the treatment of patients, taking x-rays, using the “Tooth” programme and providing first aid.
Training groups are limited to 8 people. The aim is to ensure individual development during the training and to maintain motivation to learn. All learning materials are provided by the training center.

The theory lessons of the training “BASIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS FOR THE WORK OF DENTISTRY ASSISTANTS IN ESTONIAN” will take place on the following days:
Tuesday (14:30-18:30), Thursday (14:30-18:30) and Friday (14:30-18:30).
The training will last 119 a. hours:
Theoretical training – 72 a. hours
Training practicum – 45 a. hours
Tuition fee conditions:
– By registering for the course, you have made a commitment to pay. Registration for the training course will be treated as confirmation of payment of the invoice.
– By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of registration and that the terms and conditions of registration shall be deemed to be a contract subject to the provisions of the Law of Obligations Act.
– The tuition fee must be paid before the start of the training on the basis of the contract.
– Tuition fees may be paid by instalment via TF Bank.

Dr. Aleksei Shaganov graduated in dentistry from the University of Tartu (2009) and completed a restorative dentistry residency in endodontics (2009-2012).
He works in the Root Canal Dentistry Clinic and as a guest lecturer at SP Training Centre and Tallinn Health Care College.
Participated in continuing education courses in Estonia and Europe, member of the Estonian Endodontic Society.
