On completion of the course, the learner will carry out the installation, handling, transport and maintenance of dental equipment, prepare the necessary instruments for the repair of dental equipment, follow safety rules when carrying out repair work, apply the principles of teamwork when solving problems related to the repair of dental equipment, understand the organisation of the dental clinic.

The aim of the training is to enable the learner to acquire basic skills. The trainee will be able to assist the dentist in the patient treatment process, taking x-rays, using the Tooth program and first aid when necessary. The training does not confer a professional qualification but prepares the trainee for employment.
After completing the training, the learner will be able to register the patient for an appointment and fill in documents reflecting the patient's personal information using the institution's document management system. Graduate could consult on the patient's treatment services and price list, answer inquiries by phone and email, coordinate cooperation of dental laboratory and maintenance technicians, organize the work environment according to instructions, taking into account work regulations, use medical devices and instruments within their competence and according to the job description. Graduate will be able to ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment in the treatment room, order necessary tools and materials, store purchased tools according to the rules applicable in the institution, prepare patient documents/contracts/forms for treatment procedures according to the procedure's specifics, accept invoice payments, and, if necessary, arrange instalment agreements. Graduate could communicate with the patient and resolve complaints independently, launch targeted advertising campaigns, write compelling advertising texts, and create effective visuals

THE TRAINING QUALIFIES FOR EHL CERTIFICATION, AND AN EHL CERTIFICATE WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE TRAINING.
